MacroChat keeps the accuracy and removes the friction—just type or speak your meal and it’s logged, with your remaining calories and macros updated instantly. We also provide personalized targets that can adjust over time based on your weight, goals, and activity.

  • MacroChat is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can only install it directly from macrochat.io instead of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions below to add MacroChat to your home screen. You’ll see an app icon appear, and from there you can launch it just like any other app. Once you sign in, you will be brought to the home screen.


    For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

    1. Tap the Share button () at the bottom of Safari or the top right of Chrome.

  • When you log clear amounts, MacroChat matches or exceeds the accuracy of traditional trackers. However, restaurant variance and labels can potentially introduce marginal error. Consistency is what drives results.

  • Yes. You can create your own custom meals or items and save them to Favorites.

  • We pay for servers, databases, and AI processing to keep MacroChat fast and accurate. Your subscription covers those costs and funds continuous improvements—so the app stays reliable, private, and ad free.
